Once known as Kotaki Ryokan, it has been reimagined as a sake ryokan that preserves the calm of traditional Japanese architecture.

The name IPPE comes from a Futtsu dialect expression that conveys both “a lot” and “how wonderful”—a word that evokes a sense of abundance and deep satisfaction.
